That's safest in my experience.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?
Apparently "Robin Hood All Purpose" was the wrong answer!

Playdium is an entertainment centre - think arcade on steroids. http://www.playdium.com/aboutus.php This link is to the flagship in Ontario - getting even a portion of that will be awesome!

My memory is nowhere near what I wish it was..... :)
As I recall, Jaxx was opened as a new location of a great hole in the wall eatery that was located further up KLO in the mini-mall at KLO and Gordon where currently the SubCity Donair shop is, next to Booster Juice, Little Ceasar’s and Mac’s. The name escapes me but I’d know it as soon as I heard it. The guy that owned it was also the head chef. Big burly guy with blonde hair and a beard. Used to go there for a Clam pint and breakfast on Sundays.

WalterWhite thought Rutland, I thought Westside, you think Winfield.......at least we are all using our noggins and associating the name with a bowling alley somewhere around here lol!
I am absolutely certain of what I am saying. And am also certain that it was the only place to get a beer on a Sunday at the time in the central Okanagan.

From where Luigii's was, head towards Tutt St, just past the Church, the Business Mall
with the Credit Union had Jaxx upstairs, good food, non watered down drinks.
Mid 90's.
The Master Chef owner Ran it with his Wife.

Bailey’s Tabard - well done 60 - that’s it. Ty.
Stairs are at the south end beside Interior Savings Insurance, and access the second floor where Jaxx was.

Is Fintry considered "in the Central Okanagan"?
You could even get offsales on Sundays at the pub in Fintry during the 70's

I recall there was a stretch in the 70's where even though technically a bar couldn't serve booze on Sundays, there was a loophole, in that you could get a drink as long as you purchased food also, hence a lot of fries were sold.
