That was actually every weather report I've seen...storm one moving on late yesterday afternoon. No snow expected over night Thursday. Another big dump on our way from Friday afternoon into Saturday morning.

So...thus far, they were bang on.

Hey now! I said I LOVE the snow. Not shoveling. Besides I have a husband for that stuff!

Ferchristsakes Trip, stop with the snow dance NOW.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

This is one of the rare moments when I would strongly consider homosexuality so I too can get a husband to do the snow shoveling.

Good luck with that cause you would probably still have to shovel. Your partner would be too dainty to do it.
I got Married because I was sick and tired of finishing my own sentences.
That's worked out great for me!

Ya know, women can and do shovel snow! I'll admit I haven't done so recently...but then DH hasn't cleaned a toilet for quite a while either...

I can't shovel snow. It's not in my contract. :)

Currently snowing and blowing in N. Glenmore. I don't know what the wind chill factor is here, right now, but more than 10 minutes outside will require 10 hours of having to sit to pee.

The snow has arrived. If nothing else, it is punctual.

Yup, the flakes are getting bigger and there is still a strong breeze. It's the blowing snow that gives me concern.

It's blowing in from the North. My BBQ is on the North facing patio. Tomorrow is BBQ steak day (Saturday). I might have to put my boots on to get out to the LNG valve. Maybe I should just turn it on now and move the BBQ closer to the patio door?

Such a 1st world delema I am facing right now. I'll let you know my solution after I go for a swim.
