I have been working diligently on a Salsa sauce all morning, constantly tasting and adjusting the flavours as I go. Tequila, lime and salt are the hard parts to get adjusted properly. I am feeling kinda "tipsy" right now. I think I have had too many nacho chips. I might have to go have a nap.

It certainly won't hurt. I sure helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain today. Thanks for reminding me, I have to do some more taste tests on my Salsa. I have to get it just right or I know that there will be a bad food review tomorrow on Castanet forums.

Just remember folks, if you get sick.....it wasn't my cooking, it was your drinking. AND anyone that pukes in my pool gets immediately ejected out into a snow bank.

I have hired 2 security guards at the front gate, those that have RSVPed have already received your passcode via PM.

There are still 2 bedrooms left with queen sized beds for those that need to stay the night. All guests will be required to pass a sobriety test before being allowed to drive home. I do not want to be held liable for any accidents. Those that fail the test will be sent back to the house and will be put on clean-up duties.
