They drained the swamp, right into Washington DC. The Swamp King was true to his words.

Wikileaks today posted a PDF version of this entire book online. I'm not going to give the link here, because the book is protected by copyright laws. But if you were to read the story in the US publication "The Hill" here: (http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/367832-wikileaks-shares-full-text-of-wolffs-trump-book), there might be further information. :smt045

A U of T professor titled his 2008 book Fire and Fury. Thanks to Trump, sales are up 10 years later.

Randall Hansen was at a conference in Washington last week when Michael Wolff’s tell-all exposé of Donald Trump and the interior workings of the White House took over the airwaves — and pretty much everything else. He initially didn’t think much of it — but later realized it was one hot commodity.

“Everyone was saying Fire and Fury left, right and centre,” said Hansen, the interim director of U of T’s Munk School of Global Affairs. And they weren’t talking about his book.

His Fire and Fury, subtitled The Allied Bombing of Germany, 1942-1945, was published in 2008 and “has been languishing in sales,” Hansen said Monday. “Then I checked on Amazon, and all of a sudden my book was on three best-selling lists, including military history. That’s when I knew something nice was going on.”

Wolff's book is a pile of lies, and he even admits it himself.
Wikki Leaks had the book posted for free but Google has blocked it now, I'm sure the book can be found elsewhere for free, no reason to pay a liar for a work of fiction.

"That will be more than good enough for tens of thousands of duped lemmings across the US and Canada. This would be quite the hoot if it wasn't so dangerous to have such a petulant imbecile in control of the world's largest nuclear arsenal (not to mention the post powerful military). Rational thinking people should be very concerned whether or not this goof starts a war".

^^^^^^

I did a brief post, (World, 100 days of Trump), not as detailed as yours, comparing and contrasting Trump to Trudeau. Not one reply addressed the good things that are happening in the South (yes, of course, there is bad too), nor touched upon our own home grown soiled nest.

Interesting, isn't it?

Just hate and ridicule for the sake of it.
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

Others have posted the evidence that a great deal of Trump's early economic success was due to policies already instilled by Obama. Unlike Trudeau, Trump inherited a growing economy (not to say all the wealthy investors who sponsored his presidency did not enjoy his targeted tax cuts - the next president will have to clean up this mess). Interesting, isn't it?

Just hate and ridicule for the sake of it.

Author Michael Wolff admitted Monday that he did not interview Vice President Mike Pence or any Cabinet members, though some of the more incendiary claims in his book “Fire and Fury” are credited to Cabinet members.
