I doubt they have the fortitude to implement, but it would be a good move. A way to punish the scum and dregs of society.

The City of Prince George is cracking down on nuisance properties.
Councillors are moving forward with plans to charge landlords for the cost of police responding to repeated calls to the same residences.
Coun. Brian Skakun proposed the idea in 2016 after learning RCMP had visited the Connaught Motor Inn 750 times over 18 months.
He says Prince George residents are tired of subsidizing bad behaviour.
How is the Salvation Army anywhere close to this truthy? ^^
