No no. They deserve to be coddled. How dare u suggest we lock em up. I was thinking maybe we could provide them a free place to live. Provide them with drugs for life and ask them nicely to please stop stealing .

It looks like she's had a couple of decent jobs recently but fell in with that loser. Or maybe those jobs were a front for her loserishness. Loser + loser turn = crime spree.
