Yes I agree about those bore-thru-your-head spotlights in that parking lot at the airport. They need to be aimed down more on the vehicles in the parking lot and not the vehicles on the highway. Brutal when you're heading north towards Lake Country. Way way way too bright.

There is a new parking lot just North of the Airport Way intersection, just off 97,
It's night security and convenience lights blaze quite nastily into traffic.
Definite eye-ball spots inducer.
A slight tweak and a shield, definitely in order.

I do plan to notify..Not complain...notify.

Update;
The Airport Operations have been notified.

Are you talking about the employee parking lot? Where are the lights blazing into traffic? Just curious. I haven't noticed anything myself, just trying to get my bearings.

Northbound, just as one goes through Airport Way there is a new lot right down off to the
right of 97.
It has a Generator powered light system set up, just needs a little tweak.

Looked like one of those food delivery guys who decided since he couldn't find easy parking he'd just park in the middle, put on his flashers, and dash in ...

Didn't you know the use of hazard lights allows you to park where ever you want. Totally legit.

Yup, we where going like 20-25Kmh before she stopped so its not like we where speeding. When she stopped she just forced me to break directly on the ice sheet and its going downhill on a corner

Not sure what the punks problem was.

Drafting so close, tucked right up to by bumper all on two lane.
When we enter the 4 lane, I stay right.

He had every opportunity to move left and go around.
He chooses to stay drafting.
I make a pass on a fellow right laner and pull back in.
Little tag-along does so too...
Glued to my bumper like there was a rope.

[shakes head]

Lets see..........Union is a STEEP grade and is a sheet of ice this morning. I know there were accident(s) on that street today and many vehicles were having difficulties going up and down (and yes, even with winter tires). Where the %$#@ are the sanding/salt trucks? Big temperature drop from yesterday and these road conditions on higher elevation steep grades take the city by surprise? PATHETIC........but then again not surprising around here.

You should have seen this guy darting into traffic to get back to his car ... having to open the doors into traffic to get his foodbag in the back and then slide himself into the drivers seat ...

He didn't affect me directly ... but I bet the cars that were heading east on Bernard had some choice words for him
