It is not clear what caused the incident to occur.

I bet no tail lights on the trailer for starters and probably on the road too.

My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?
Apparently "Robin Hood All Purpose" was the wrong answer!

Along with taillights they should also have a slow moving triangle reflective sign on back of the trailer.

Yeah, I got a chuckle out of the "it's not clear what caused the incident to occur" statement too.
