Even though I have my personal opinion on TV evangelists, this is not the time or place for that.
My condolences to His Family and Friends on their loss, rest in peace.

I was saddened to hear of the death of Arthur Black at 74. Always loved his witty contributions to CBC radio.

M*A*S*H actor David Ogden Stiers died of cancer on Saturday, his agent confirmed. He was 75.
“I am very sad to report that David died this morning March 3, 2018 peacefully at his home in Newport, Oregon after a courageous battle with bladder cancer,” Stiers’ agent, Mitchell K. Stubbs tweeted. “His talent was only surpassed by his heart.”
Stiers earned two Emmy nominations for his role as Major Charles Winchester III, a talented surgeon who filled the void left when Larry Linville’s Frank Burns left the series. Stiers starred on the series from 1977 to 1983 and followed it with regular appearances on North and South, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Matlock, Touched by an Angel, and Frasier.

Givenchy, tower of French fashion and tailor to the stars, dies at 91.
French fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy, an aristocrat who founded the house of Givenchy in the 1950s, becoming famous for dressing the likes of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Grace Kelly, has died at the age of 91, the Givenchy label said on Monday.
A commanding presence in fashion from the moment he presented his first collection in Paris at the age of 24, Givenchy became synonymous with elegance and an insouciant glamor. He designed the black dress Audrey Hepburn wore in "Breakfast at Tiffany's".

I just heard that Givenchy died. An icon of the fashion industry, when being "dressed" meant "class" "classic" and "classy".
Knowing that everything is cyclical, I wait for the return of finely crafted dressings to enjoy looking at as can't wear them nowadays. (Speaking for myself only).
His work is like comparing a Corvette to a Volkswagen.

Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

I've always been a fan of Givenchy - one of the classier designers in my opinion, right up there with Chanel, Yves St Laurent and Lagerfeld. Mind you, I do have a weakness for Tom Ford and Prada as well.

Stephen Hawking has died at the age of 76, his family has said.
The British theoretical physicist was known for his groundbreaking work with black holes and relativity, and was the author of several popular science books including A Brief History of Time.
His children, Lucy, Robert and Tim, said: "We are deeply saddened that our beloved father passed away today.
"He was a great scientist and an extraordinary man whose work and legacy will live on for many years."
Obituary: Stephen Hawking
They praised his "courage and persistence" and said his "brilliance and humour" inspired people across the world.
"He once said, 'It would not be much of a universe if it wasn't home to the people you love.' We will miss him forever," they said.
I haven't failed until I quit.

"The Theory of Everything" was a brilliant movie, its on Netflix right now - I'm thinking it'll be a fitting movie after hearing of the loss of such and brilliant and determined individual.
