Seems to be the way of the land. God forbid anyone defend themself. Wouldnt wanna be labled a vigilante .

Unreal.

Judges should be ashamed of the system they have created.
Now they want to take our guns away . That would be just fine. Take em away from the criminals first . Ill gladly give u mine. "Charlie Daniels"

You have got to stand for something . Or you will fall for anything "Aaron Tippin"

Screw those judges for not letting us shoot people in the back over a TV

While that would be a bit extreme maybe a Caning or bringing back the Stocks might be appropriate.

People who steal deserve to get hurt, maybe a few broken fingers even. Not losing a life, material possessions are never more important than a life.

I agree,
The decision to tap out or escalate a situation is on the criminal.

Is there a news story to accompany this thread? I'm way too lazy to google anything today

Pretty sure it was a reaction to getting dumped on in the other anti poor people thread.
So much of the violent push-back on everything progressive and reformist comes down to: I can see the future, and in this future I am not the centre of the universe and master of all that I survey, therefore this future must be resisted at all costs.

True and people who drive to fast and only commit a small legal infraction while doing so don't deserve to die either.

A guy hiking/skiing where they said not to doesn't deserve to die.

A guy slapping a Hells Angels girlfriend on the *bleep* doesn't deserve to die either.

But do STUPID things enough and mortality rates increase a lot.

No one deserves to be robbed, assaulted, trespassed or fiscally harmed through any other means people seem to deem "ok".

Signs used to say on properties "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be prosecuted". The mentality is still there but comfortable people in cities now cry brutal foul at people protecting themselves and their things from others, and try to shame them for not just handing over all their things.....you know just how they themselves don't.

No one deserves to die, but engage in stupid activities and it will inevitably be a likely result.

Unfortunately I have some news for you, Judges don't make the laws in this country.
The ones you should be pointing your finger at are in Parliament Hill.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

Wait a second, only poor people steal? Ever hear of white collar crime, usually perpetuated by professionals who are sociopaths? Usually there is theft in the equation where money is involved.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?
