Walter S. Our family, daughter, motherinlaw, parents etc go to see him. Good guy, great skills and as someone else said a likeable guy.

Given enough patients, its bound to happen that someone will have a less than desirable outcome/relationship with the dentists. Happens in all professions.

On balance, I would recommend Walter to anyone I know.

i dont go to dentist because is likeable, I and many people as me dont want to "like" the guy, we just want a good fear price and profesional service, we dont get it there, was more like to make business with a bank or try to open a line of credit, as I said before, pure business, money, conditions, where is the etics?, or I may be wrong and the first step in medical relationship with the patiens shuld to be:

first let me see if you can pay, after that, I can be kind and.... yes "likeable" BUt money first!

Are there ANY dentist that DON'T charge a fee for missed appointments?

Do you make appointments and not show up?

Well then stop doing that and you won't get charged :)

The question wasn't "How can I stop it?", the question was "Is it a normal practice?"

Lots of people MAKE the appt. but plain old chicken out and don't go . I'm one of them , not always but have been guilty of it in the past . Some people fear a dentist more than death

Dr. Leung is my dentist. She's great. I much prefer someone with small hands working in my mouth She is very quick to get things done, quite friendly and makes me feel really guilty about not flossing.

The front desk lady always remembers my name (it's in the book isn't it) and has a special little smile for me. if she wasn't so old I'd almost think she had something for me.

Only complaint is the magazines in the waiting room. I expect to see reader's digest, but come on... 3 year old issues???

Wow, you're so smart. You came up with that solution all by yourself or did you get somebody to help you out?

Yes many dental office charge for missed appointments. Many don't but usually have a three strikes and your out....find yourself a new dentist policy.

Check your private messages. :) Good experience, but it's against the rules to post a review.
