So sorry for you loss, Queenie. You and Mr. QK gave Hannah a wonderful four years. She sounds like she was quite the cat.

RIP to my boy Duece. He died on Sunday, at home, with his head in my lap being told how much he was loved. He would have been 13 years old next month. He's the only dog I know who had his own fan club. He grew up with our kids. They have never known life without him. He was a true gentle giant and he leaves a big hole in our hearts.

Re: The Rainbow Bridge~Rest in Peace
We had to put our baby down yesterday -- can't even talk about it yet :*(
Edited because I can finally post her picture:
She was a rescue from Cabo and had been absolutely brutalized with a machete. She had foot long scar marks all over her back and side. She had a patch of fur about the side of a sandwich plate on her butt. She had multiple litters of pups. Despite all that, she was the sweetest baby and we miss her desperately. She had this quiet dignity that I've never seen in a dog before and she was amazing. She went into kidney failure and within 24 hours we had to put her down.
RIP sweet Skarr :*(

I'm so sorry for your losses. May they forever find happiness over the Rainbow Bridge. They have lots of friends to play with.

Ohhh Sige and JLives, so sad for both of you. I truly believe we'll see our furbabies on the other side, whole and happy. I truly still miss our Hannah, it takes a long long time to not feel the pain.

This thread always brings tears to my eyes. Kindness to all of you who have had to say goodbye to our furry friends. The years pass but the sadness remains.

Re: The Rainbow Bridge~Rest in Peace
This morning we put down this sweet boy (Hemi) ... old age, but still sucks :*( That's 2 in 2 months. Fak.
Within the last month, though, we got these sweet babies to keep him company; he loved Cholo (Lingo's only been with us 2 weeks)...
It would never "not" own a pup because it hurts too much but damn it hurts.

Awwww, so sweet looking and I am so sorry for your loss of Hemi. Yes, the hurt is overwhelming, and you never forget. It's like they can be right there beside you still.
