Very friendly to people so he has to be someone's pet. He was criss crossing across Gestmar when I first saw him, then later in the evening he was cruising down Tataryn Rd. checking out everyone's yard.

Hopefully someone will see this and claim him. I'll contact SPCA later, and cruise the area for any posters about lost cats.

Owners found nearby the day after I posted this. Thanks

Have you tried the local vets? if she is microchipped or tattooed then they will know who she belongs to. I wonder if this is the same one I found about a month ago or so..........

I sure hope you haven't called the dog catcher yet, because if you haven't I'd gladly take the dog until someone claimed her.

Great news! I love a happy ending. I bet the dog was happy too.

Careful, so did Jack Layton. :127:

Good to hear the pooch is back home safe and sound. Thanks to the OP for caring for her.

Marie, glad you took care of pooch until the owners could be found.

RW, just asking ... what does politics have to do with reuniting owners with their lost dog?

I found a nice grey/white tabby kitty!

Postby okanaganconcierge » Sep 7th, 2011, 8:21 am

Hey everyone!
I found a really nice little cat last night, up on Doucette Drive, below Smith Creek Road. Softy that I am, I couldn't leave her out to become coyote snacks, so she's at my house.
She's about 7 months (maybe?) and obviously well cared for. She's comfortable with people and dogs, loves tuna, and slept on my bed last night.
Please call me if you're missing this adorable little cat....250-309-5437. Call soon, cuz I really can't keep her!

Thanks!

Val

It's a joke. Maybe you didn't get it...
