Pet owner builds giant maze for his sick cat

Post by oneh2obabe »

Billy Browne believed his cat, Rufus, needed some cheering up following an ear infection. So the Victoria, Australia, man built his furry "best mate" a giant climbing maze to explore.

"Recently Rufus had an ear infection so I put drops in every night after work," Browne says in a five-minute video about the do-it-yourself project. "Unfortunately it's very, very painful and he'd run away from me when I got home and was hiding from me for pretty much two weeks. So we finished the drops yesterday and I wanted to find a way to make it up to him…and Rufus loves boxes."

Not surprisingly, Rufus loves his new play tower.

"That Rufus is one lucky kitty," writes BuzzFeed's Summer Anne Burton. "This is amazing and will probably make you feel like an inadequate cat parent."

Watch Browne (and Rufus) in action below.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
