Animal Cruelty funny?

I agree 100% with Urban Cowboy that it should be illegal to have a snake as a pet but I'd go way further & ban the import of tropical fish like a piranha or aquarium grasses etc. that if dumped into our lakes could adapt to cooler water temperatures & cause future problems ?
How many people could look after a fully grown crocodile ?

Current outdoor temperature would mean that snake wasn’t going to be a threat to anyone, definitely not now.

btw the owner impo is an idiot for not keeping better track of his/her snake.
