And then we have this...
https://www.castanet.net/news/Vernon/45 ... MLA#458993
I am losing faith that our MLA has our best interest at heart. Seems like a lot of political speak and pointing the fingers back at the clinic. I have read both sides, and still feel the solution lands on our government and it's useless entity IHA - Inferior Health As##### ... fill in the blanks. Seriously, the CEO of IHA earns $1000 a day each day of the year... and this is the best they can do.

As a taxpayer of British Columbia I would like to see outside complete audit especially around administrations costs (throughout BC Ministry of Health). Plus actual need for a very large administration staff.
Added later: if cuts can be done then remaining administration will actually have to work harder for their salaries. These savings go directly to front line staff along with equipment upgrades.

I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.

It does not matter if yo get an outside audit, who will be paying the expensive bill? The government and so what will they say, what the government wants us to know.GordonH wrote: ↑Nov 24th, 2023, 7:24 am As a taxpayer of British Columbia I would like to see outside complete audit especially around administrations costs (throughout BC Ministry of Health). We should go back to what worked for those hired to do a job. YOU GET PAID FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK AND QUALITY OF WORK THAT YOU PRODUCE, but that would meat most of municipal, provincial and federal employees would be looking for a new job. But just think of how all taxes would drop.
