Odd driveangry, but I just called. Apparently they are closed on Mondays during the winter. Try again though - the food is fabulous.

Valentini's in the Cannery Trade Centre has gone from a breakfast/lunch operation to a lunch/dinner format, but he's now doing a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Best eggs benny in the valley. Not to mention he consistently shows up in the "Best of the Okanagan" awards. For a small operation he gets my vote.

We rarely eat out as we are disappointed most of the time. HOWEVER, we decided to try The Cellar Wine Bar and Kitchen on the 400 block of main street and were very pleasantly surprised. All aspects were excellent, food, service, ambiance and it was nice to have staff that actually had tried the menu and knew about their wines. Everyone's version of affordable is different... but we (2) shared a bottle of wine, each had an appie, and each had a main course and it was $85. Make a reservation though....
