Fenced property on Bering Rd

Does anyone know what's happening with the fenced property on Bering Road? The zoning was changed, and it sits there still empty. Does the City of West Kelowna own that property, or IHA?

I found some information on the West Kelowna mapping system. Half of the parcel is zoned CD5 which is Comprehensive Development Zone (IHA Health Center). The other half is A1 Agricultural.

This is owned by IHA, and it appears they are looking for someone to lease at least a portion of it
