Who is going to sue whom for failing to warn them that buying on a hill with views comes with a possiblily that water and gravity may result in losing their home to a landslide?
As it is, I feel badly for those who spend their lifesavings, savings or inheritance on their dream home only to be ousted by a landslide alert.
Let's hope it can be shored up for them or else the whole development may be in jeapordy.
