Mrs Helen Sidney

Post by applebee »

God bless this lady and her loyalty to her community and seniors. I am most proud that she was my grade one teacher and what a special lady. Now donating money to that great brick school and their library. Just gives me warm fuzzies to see her picture. My brothers and sister all had this teacher in the 1940’s.

Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

I had the privilege of working with Helen (I won't say how many years ago). She was an awesome mentor and a great inspiration, loved by teachers, parents, and the children she held so dear.
