I am going to throw out an imo guess that the person under scrutiny likes to just talk about fun stuff.

I can understand confidentiality as well as "who" has a need to know......but I would like to think that fee paying members of the DPA would be privy??? If I were a DPA paying member......I would be asking some questions about where my fee's went. Problem is the payments for the DPA are part of the civic tax bill..... property taxes, so no one can withhold payment or the City will put the property up for auction if the bill is not paid.
Y'all figure out the conflict in this arrangement and what right the DPA members have as collateral damage?

Again … I ask the question I've been asking over and over and over and over again … what the hell does the DPA do? I'll add one more question … who the hell is really directing this organization? It's not the membership!!

Crown spokesman Dan McLaughlin confirmed to Castanet Tuesday that they are still processing the Report to Crown Counsel for Charge Assessment forwarded to them by RCMP in June, which recommended criminal charges.

“The assessment is ongoing. We do not have a timeline for completion,” he said in an email.

This is just despicable that this much time has gone by and still nothing.

Despicable yes, shocking.....not at all.
What is more shocking to me Is how in hades we we have allowed, as a collective society, that the cost to obtain justice becomes a cost that is ten times greater than the crime. Am I jaded? Ya, sure am. And it almost seems like the RCMP have created a self sustaining industry of investigating the obvious and we sill only have a 10% conviction rate because of incompetent investigation.
