Penticton to clean up Esplanade trail system

All I can say, is it is about time. The homeless have made a trash heap out of a once beautiful section of undeveloped waterfront.
The city should have never let it get as far as it has.

I hope they get all the garbage, and focus on needle cleanup. I don’t mind kicking a plastic bag with my sandals on, but a needle is a whole different thing.
