Perhaps Downtown Penticton will finally realize it's time to give up on the plugging the tree in and calling a Christmas Light-up. Marketing money better spent would be to offer free shuttle service to seniors and those less fortunate to go participate in Summerland's light-up.

Summerland has always done it right. Oliver's isn't too bad, not Summerland, but still not bad, and excellent compared to Penticton's.
