I was never wondering. I know why, always have. It's because of Dick's inherent inability to represent his constituents and to vote in their best interests instead of being a Justin Trudeau puppet.

That doesn't make it right, and it certainly doesn't mean that the Liberals are in the wrong to put an end to it in this instance, or that Mr.Cannings voting in favour of ending it is some gross miscarriage of democracy.
