Huh?

Urbane thinks pretending to stare at someone is losing your temper?

You do realize that you are perfectly describing Christy Clark's rule , to a T . .

One thing I've noticed about some on the left is that they have zero sense of humour and a tongue-in-cheek remark goes whooosh over their heads. What really annoys them is seeing Christy Clark handling that woman's rudeness so gracefully. They had been hoping that she would pull a Hulk Horgan and let the lady have it but she didn't. Good for her.

^^Christy was arrogant, turning away before she even finished saying 'democracy'... and then she had a presser where she made up a bunch of stuff that Linda had said..... all in 7 seconds??? Christy Clark is a vindictive fabricator of facts!

As the PR expert said, she did the right thing. You don't engage a hostile voter in that situation. You would have LOVED it if she had and now you're annoyed that she didn't. She continues to disappoint you! Good on her for acting with grace and simply moving on.

Hey it's the same reason she doesn't like going to the Legislature, people say mean things to her.......Poor little muffin.
Never argue with an idiot, they will just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

But did Christy do the right thing when she later stood behind a microphone and claimed that "Linda" said things that weren't actually said ? Everything Linda did actually say is clearly heard on the above clip.
Christy was making stuff up again.

She didn't quote Linda exactly but Linda's use of the word "never" kind of covers it, don't you think? Linda left little doubt that she would never vote for Clark or the Liberals. Can you imagine if Christy Clark had stayed there and debated the woman?? NDP'ers would have loved that and they would have told us how arrogant she was for arguing with Linda. No, Clark did exactly the right thing. I guess with a strong economy NDP'ers are trying to create issues out of non-issues. What else is new?

You are advocating for violence against the Premier? Seriously? That's disgusting. Shame on you! Why am I not surprised though, given the NDP knows nothing else other than bullying and advancing their interests via pure evil.
I might not understand the Trump-haters' special kind of stupid
but I am impressed by their steadfast commitment to it.

Are you talking to me? I don't collect a BCTF pension. Anyway, to suggest that 99% of the population are struggling like dogs to scrape up enough garbage for dinner is the height of hyperbole. It shows just how out of touch with reality some on the far left are. At least you posted this in the right thread, i.e. "Making stuff up again."

Relax GB, Christy is a clown, so a pie in a clown's face seems quite natural.

Christy should have apologized to Linda for being such a ineffective, dishonest, greedy politician. That would have been the right thing to do. (I guess I should have added 'gutless' to those adjectives.)
