Just drove passed that fire about an hour ago before the fire trucks got there and already looked really bad. Forest fully engulfed right beside someone's home, winds were pushing my RV all over, this one will be bad!

Fire reported to be approx. 40 h in size according to Forestry.

I'm sorry, folks. I'm turning myself in to the RCMP. This fire was all my fault. I was the one who caused it by telling everyone this morning that the Okanagan has not had any mappable fires this year.

Power is out up here. Winds are picking up. Cardinal Creek to Grey stokes are leaving
