Grade 12 party? Just guessing.
If it is a kid then nothing will happen, this is Canada you know. We coddle.

While the Human cause of a fire is often known the person involved is rarely found.
I'm old enough to remember when Plastic bags were the solution to the destruction of trees!

Four Cl-215's are hitting the K Mountain fire now. Not sure where they are scooping from though.
