Seems I've tried every wind app out there, including windfinder, and while they'll predict constant winds, which even the weather network will do, none seem to be able to predict the intensity of the convection winds that come up from the south most late afternoons. Have been caught out on our lake too many times to count when the weather app called for no winds but still got hammered by waves.
