New UFO video released, shows incident from 2015

A research organization that has released declassified Department of Defense footage in the past posted a new video on March 9, which they said shows US Navy footage of an unidentified flying object off the east coast of the United States in 2015.

Paul Hellyer ( Minister of Defence under Pearson and longest serving member of the Privy Council) and a number of other politicians from around the world have been speaking about it for years.

According to Hellyer, 'they' ,one or more of 4 separate species, would help us with our technology, but not when we are so warlike towards our own kind. Not when we are so careless about our population numbers and planetary environmental destruction.
Personally I don't think 'they' are here to make friends, and to communicate with the monkeys.
'They' are here to watch the self induced planetary extinction event that only happens once on average in every 10 million years or so in our galaxy. I mean, why wouldn't you show up to watch that? After all...the kids just recently found the matches.

Don't think this planet hasn't been catalogued by numerous species over countless ages. Paul Hellyer aside, using the Drake Equation, even with very conservative numbers-work it out.

I used to think that we as a species are ready to meet the neighbours. I have since realised it would be far to disruptive to most people on the planet as stabilising religious beliefs and institutions would fall over night.
Or, maybe it's just the catalyst we need.

Let's do some simple math. Let's say that globally, the are 10 UFO related 'events' that are reported to applicable government agencies per day, and that the reported 'events' are only 10 percent of the total global 'events'. Say 100 total 'events' per day globally.
36,500 total global 'events' per year. 3650 reported 'events' per year.
Let's see if we have winner here...its been right in everybody's face for the last 50 or so years...what is that old ,crazy oldtrucker is getting at...

Big 10 mile wide alien mothership over the city ( New York of course) seems to be the Hollywood norm. If there are even just 5 events recorded and reported to whatever agencies world wide/yr....What constitutes a 'large scale visitation' exactly? How many per day globally? 1,5, 10,100? Per year? Are we even capable of recognising it for what it is?
Earth isn't small so, if our skies became full of UFO's and pretty much everyone on the planet is made aware of it whether they like it or not, then it would be a all out invasion on a scale like that.
So, maybe we have been aware of them for thousands of years. Maybe they never went away.
Most likely multiple species have catalogued this planet over billions of years...and why not? Earth would be a rather interesting planet to keep an eye on( or a fleblublum)... right now it's on the edge of a self induced extinction event...how cool would that be to observe?
Or...The galaxy only produces self aware creatures once every 100 million years or so and they only last for 1 million or so years making us the only ones occupying this segment of time in the galaxy, and we are alone...But I highly doubt that.
