My past dealings with Shaw are not good and would never go to them for any service.

Think he's calling his cell phone provider and trying to get them to give him the deal Shaw is offering.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

I know and hope it works for him but just saying I wouldn't go to Shaw. Too many billing problems with them and just went thru their BS when my Mom passed away and had to cancel her account.

Rogers/Telus/Bell "loyalty" department:

If it means having to switch any other service to Shaw, I ain't going.
I got into a real *bleep* match with them a few years ago. Never, ever again.

If the deal is that good, Telus will match or better it.
