Newegg caught selling faulty components

Post by Jlabute »

Apparently Newegg has been selling tons of bad parts and blaming the customers for breaking them, and refusing a refund.

Some other companies are not guilt free of selling defective open box items.

unfortunately, the same case happened to me last month.
I bought a Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6 Video Card 11310-01-20G.
when I received it it was not working properly and I returned it but they were refusing to give a refund, at last, I had to exchange with another. Had a bad experience with them. They don't even follow their own returns and refund policy.
I would suggest everyone be cautious.
