FB issue question…..

All of a sudden when I open FB ( not the app) but in the browser, Group conversations appear which I have never participated in before and don’t even know the people mentioned. And if I hit it lucky, it might show 2-4 of my contacts under contact list. I usually have of course all my currently online contacts show first, then my offline contacts but always it showed all my contacts ( About 60). I have tried googling this problem but am coming up without a fix. I hope this made sense, nothing seems to anymore after you become a senior

It's a problem on Facebook's end, not yours. It's been doing the same thing for me. They like screwing around and breaking things.

Thanks. Yeah I know a few people having other issues with FB. Usually I can Google the problem and get a fix, but not this time.

no, you have to click on the side to see friends. I lost the friends list on the right side, after an hour I gave up. Now it shows convos from last year. sigh

Well it seems to be hit and miss now. One time it’s all working as it should, next time it will show a couple of contacts, then again it will just show group conversations with no contacts.
Not sure what you mean by clicking on the side? When I bring Fb up, I never had to click anywhere, the contacts were just automatically displayed on the right. I guess I could try the app but I just always seemed to like it via the browser for some reason.

I'd give them a while to get their together.

I've also noticed that bitdefender has blocked a malicious site, whose certificate doesn't match the site it was issued to, multiple times. Don't know if there might be a connection or not.

I generally use my PC and not a mobile. Getting to the point the small screens are really hard to see
The problems I am seeing are on both mobile and PC.

For the last month at least I have been seeing various issues with FB.
It will hide multiple posts as soon as you scroll down.
It will not show a post made by me in my timeline like it used to.
And will not show posts made by me in a group.

Sure hope someone finds a better solution to FB soon as it has really become a laughing stock of social media.
