SOGI and Religion and the Election Kelowna and Lake Country

I am surprised that there is no discussion about this issue and the election, many school board candidates such as the Lake Country candidate Amy Geitslinger have been put up and supported and financed by the their churches, her husband is the "Elder" at the Alliance church. There is no discussion about their homophobic attitudes and the attempts to roll back the curriculum to the dark ages. They are certainly keeping a low profile and not openly discussing their intent. Rumour has it that Tom Dyas is supported by the same groups with similar intents. Please support fair and balanced candidates, lets not become the US with this right wing attitude. Basran, while not perfect, is the superior candidate by far in Kelowna and the incumbent in Lake Country in the school board race has worked hard. Check out your candidates real agendas and you will find the churches behind them.

I believe that those opposing SOGi123 and those who don’t oppose the controversial resource simply have differing opinions of what the safest and most researched way to help trans kids is.
Do we look at the research to date discussing what we know about gender dysphoria, including rapid onset gender dysphoria? Who should be helping children navigate through this, and what is the best approach?
