What hypocrisy though? How is he a hypocrite here? Because his mentor Jack Layton called out someone? It just doesn't make any sense.
Justin Trudeau is a cockwomble. Vote ABLNDP next election - anything but the Liberals or NDP.

This desperation from those trying to prop up Trudeau is funny and sad. But mostly funny.

But he's a Liberal - and that's all that matters to the partisans. I'm not supporting Trudeau, and if we are going to vote solely on the party platforms I would prefer to "move forward" with Scheer's great platform. I'll vote Conservative in my riding with the hopes we end up with a Conservative majority with the NDP and Green Party in official opposition. This government would represent the most Canadians.

I did. I saw him ask his constituents if Michel Jean was qualified to be GG (a valid question). And now I see this being spun by the Liberal DI's as some sort of "attack". This is nonsensical. The stink of desperation wafting from Liberal HQ is really starting to get intense.

Desperation is lying on your resume about being an insurance broker [icon_lol2.gif]

Desperation is pretending the term one used to describe previous employment is somehow more significant an issue than not being truthful with one's selection committee, lying to the public about pressuring the AG, using the PMO to help a transnational corporation avoid criminal prosecution, etc.

Liar is an interesting term, isn't it? And when we look at lies and half-truths and intentional deception, weighing Scheer's against Trudeau's, it's pretty clear how desperately difficult it must be for the "anyone but Scheer" and "support Trudeau no matter what"factions to come up with anything that might, just might, convince us Trudeau is more trustworthy or in any way more deserving of our vote.

Here's what you're expecting us to overlook: Sheer has never held a US passport as an adult, and has done nothing to maintain dual citizenship. He asked if it's Canadians find it reasonable for their governor general to maintain citizenship in more than one country:

No not expecting to overlook anything. Did any of those he accused of not being faithful to Canada travel on the passport of the other Country to which they held dual citizenship? I find that highly unlikely.
It is not his dual citizenship. It is not that his father was American. It is only his hypocrisy in calling down others for dual citizenship and questioning their loyalty when he himself held and for now still holds dual citizenship.

But...when did he do this? This nonsense keeps getting stated as fact. It's not.

I'm not sure whether or not they travelled on one or the other of their passports is germane. That's not how he couched his question to his constituents.

Could you please link to where Scheer actually accused anyone of not being faithful to Canada vis a vis this issue? (Not the Liberal who spun it that way, but what he actually said.) TIA. If he did, I'll think less of him for having done that.

Still a long, long way to go for me to think enough less of him to vote for Trudeau.
