Good news, for a change. The ponderous government behemoth of ICBC can be defeated!

Very rare to hear of someone winning against the judge jury and executioner giant called ICBC. Deny, deny, deny, ICBCs motto. Congratulations to her.

I had a battle with work safe for 3 years and it took a tribunal to finish it in my favor. They even called me 2 days before the tribunal telling me I should just decline because 2 of my employers excecutive managers from Ottawa were flying out, to side with work safe and I wouldnt have a chance. When I arrived at the tribunal it was only me, my representative and the mediator that showed up.

maybe once the ndp are out, a proper audit and revamp of icbc and its evil policies can take place. my personal experience with icbc's professional witness' is they lie through there teeth to give icbc the result they want.
(judge-mr. locksmith, in your professional opinion, is it possible to break the head of a key off when its in the lock? Professional witness, 70 year old retired locksmith, in my 40 something years as a locksmith I never once encountered a key that had its head accidentally snap off. Judge- I know nothing about anything mechanical so I will have to side with icbc's witness. )

Nothing but corruption in this ICBC
And the NDP has a blind eye to it
