the driver of the pickup must be...a foreign student, or a new Canadian, or caught the caught the investigator copulating with a sheep!!! there is no good reason to not have serious charges levied in this case. and our supposed "justice system" is crap!!!

This decision from the crown is such a slap in the face to the families, coaches, teammates, friends and our city. I am appalled at this decision, a small fine for such a horrific accident. Maybe the crown needs to explain it fully to us so we can fully understand how they came to the outcome they did. This was not a minor accident as we all know. I am deeply disturbed by the failure of the justice system.
