I am surprised the headline didn't read "Parole board reluctantly accepts dangerous offender status to keep him locked up after exhausting all possible avenues to release him"

While I agree that Teneyke should stay in prison indefinitely, the comment that he was let out and then killed someone is false. He did shoot someone and then later blamed that person for being shot by him, but as far as convictions and whatnot, however atrocious and vile his prior activities have been, murder is not one of his crimes, that anyone is aware of.
