With all these new buildings and proposed developments, what are the plans for upgrading the roads to this area?! There is currently ONE road that services the entire area, Beaver Lake Road CURRENTLY, the light at Highway 97 backs up daily, with average waits in rush hour of up to 15 minutes just to turn onto or cross the highway to Glenmore Road. Adding more buildings and developments this is only going to get a LOT worse

They did a study! And now they're doing more studying! But soon they will make a decision and start fixing things in a way that totally won't fall short a few years later, I'm sure.

I really hope that someday the developers start putting at least one layer of rental apts above these massive commercial buildings. There is this mad rush it seems to build high rises downtown, yet so little affordable living units for the middle working class. Why is it ok to take up so much land, yet not provide a place for the people who are employed in the businesses ? Why can’t we create a work-live scenario that is beneficial to all ?

How about adding more exits other than Beaver Lake road before more buildings come in. When there is a road closure in the area there is no way for anybody to exit the business park. It's a nightmare already !!!
