This GST Holiday is a useless gesture. So, you save a couple buck eating out or buying some beer. Big deal.. Look at the grief is has caused businesses. Like they have not got enough problems.

The biggest most ridicules & desperate waste of taxpayers money from your tag team, tru-dough and sell out singh.
This creates chaos and cost for small retailer having to account for all this idiotic and most stupidest 2 month sales tax change, while thousands of government payroll position holder get a holiday bonus, to charge for overtime at double time for staying home on standby.

There's an election coming up next year and Liberals love to bribe voters with their own money. Just wait for the ad in summer with Trudeau bleating about how they helped families during these tough times.

Liberals are betting on Canadian voters becoming very forgetful with some BS election favours.

The average Canadian is projected to save $4.51 over the two months.

What cost will be passed on to you by retailers who have to spend millions to reprogram their tills TWICE for this stupid Trudeau stunt?

Just another ill conceived, unfair scam to try to buy votes with some provinces and some Canadians getting more than others as usual. This doesn't change the fact that the cost of the basic necessities is outrageous and Trudeau doesn't care. Don't forget this at election time, apparently all Canadians are not equal!
