Poor turnout for sure. But the result is all that matters. When the federal election comes, the turnout will be huge, given the dysfunctional circus that passes for a government in our country.

A lot of voters lacking critical thinking skills. One only has to look at the policy decisions and voting records of cons to see they aren’t for workers or average Canadians. Can’t wait to hear the crying when Pierre Poilievre throws lower and middle class Canadians under the bus for the benefit of businesses and the wealthy. People are being fooled by three word slogans.

Common sense is lost with cons. Can’t wait for another disastrous con economy. Lower and middle class families always suffer under their economies and they consistently have higher unemployment and lower labour participation rates.Justy 3000 wrote: ↑Dec 17th, 2024, 10:26 am Dear libs and socialist ndp, getting the hint yet? uh...they're already under the bus. They are waiting for the Conservatives to get them out from under it. The NDP/Liberal team of horrible leadership has been disastrous for Canadians. We can't get away from them fast enough. The frustrating thing is that because of one man's selfish need for a pension, the entire country has to be held hostage by this horrible Liberal government.
The finance minister just quit yesterday. Anyone still voting for these Liberal fools truly has their head in the sand and can't do even basic math.

They always seem to feel the need to blame someone else for when they don't get elected.George Orwell 1984 wrote: ↑Dec 17th, 2024, 11:01 am

16.3% turnout. Pathetic. Voting is important in a democracy or we'll turn out like our neighbour down south
