Boy, the other councillor on paid leave, sure isn’t helping his “popularity” by not stepping down at this time…..

The date should be somewhat flexible as we are certain to have a Federal Election very close to April. Why not wait, do it on the same day and save Penticton taxpayers some dollars (since it doesn't appear that Boultbee is going to do the right thing and pay for her move up the political ladder).

I wonder if it might be possible to change the rules on bi-elections so that IF another councillor were to resign after the one bi-election, then the candidate who had the next closest amount of votes would automatically get that extra position on council?
