Great plan imo. I’ve used this route many times over the years though not daily. It has consistently been backed up in this area especially in the afternoon.

The video is nice. What it does not show is how much and what property is going to be needed to accomplish the project. Be very interested in both properties on the west side of 39th/PV. Looks like on the uphill east side they've already made prelim moves. There is no....no question this is sorely needed. I can recall when 32 and PV was put forward there was a bit of teeth gnashing and nay saying. It has shown that traffic moves quite well through this intersection.

Well this intersection is backed up every week day around 3pm . For about 20 minutes . So let's spend , oh say 6 million dollars so drivers can get downtown 48 seconds faster .
