I’ll never get run over in a tent because I don’t tent in urban environments. Know your risk homeless bums. Wonder how this fella died, I’m assuming opioid overdose.

Lol, blaming the homeless in a tent for some psycho driving through the encampment? Wow, it's not even a road, why should they area be a risk?BruceWayne-0 wrote: ↑Jan 10th, 2025, 5:28 pm I’ll never get run over in a tent because I don’t tent in urban environments. The crown prosecutor needs to be replaced with ANYONE honest and intelligent, and the judge of IT agrees.

Well that land was the former CN rail yard. I wish it still was. People (mostly newcomers to Kelowna) would always complain that the railroad was an eyesore and that Kelowna is way too fancy of a city for trains. Well look what we got in exchange - a shanty town and a junkie super highway! They should have been careful what they wished for.

And exactly where is the BCLCB in all of this? Is this just going to happen again? The perp is served 11oz of "alcohol" and four beers in 3 hours. 11 oz and four beers in 3 hours. I believe it is called "over-service". Just how serious is 160 mg/ 100 ml? Here's how one source describes it:
"A blood alcohol content (BAC) of 160 mg/100ml (or 0.16%) is extremely high and very dangerous. At this level, you would likely experience severe impairment, including:
1. Severe motor impairment: Difficulty walking, slurred speech, and poor coordination.
2. Altered mental state: Confusion, blackouts, and memory loss.
3. Risk of unconsciousness: You could easily lose consciousness.
4. Potential for respiratory failure: Extremely high BAC levels can lead to respiratory failure and even death.
5. It's crucial to avoid drinking to such levels and seek immediate medical attention if someone has reached this BAC. "

There is no justice system anymore just a really complicated incompetent legal system. Maybe the victim who was in hospital care for 2 months should be asked if he feels there is justice in this decision.

And his father is an ex RCMP officer? All cops stick together, they also know how to play the system.

Run a railway locomotive through that camp to clean it out. That will be a big relief to taxpayers who are currently on the hook for “everything for free” for these drug addicted criminal low life’s.

It's certainly unfair to show no empathy for the fellow,Augclair, that was run over by this psycho. These were awful injuries and he suffered greatly... maybe this led to his death. But let's look at the actual career criminal here who's gleefully celebrating beating this rap. Who will he maim or kill next? Sickening incompetence by the system.
