How much will oil prices rise if governments around the world are successful in their law suits? I do find it interesting how the government lawsuit hinges around deceptive practices when politicians use the practice to get elected.

Time to use the notwithstanding clause to take away the courts ability to enforce fairy tales on oil and gas companies.

The courts should never weigh in on anything that is not solid science, and climate change is barely dogma let alone science.
