Re: Range investigation finds need for stronger government enforcement
Interesting : "The range unit is located within the territories of the Lower Similkameen Indian Band, Osoyoos Indian Band, Okanagan Indian Band, Penticton Indian Band and Splatsin First Nation."
Do the horses and cattle on or all over the roads count if they are 1st nation ones... Just asking... as I try to avoid those roads as you never know what is around the corner and no one puts up a hand to say that belongs to me.. and I will pay for the vehicle damage ???
Is there anything called herd insurance ? Just asking not traveling far from home .. to risky all the time and worse if some snow and or ice...

If you're driving and you hit a deer/a deer hits you. You have to pay your deductible, regardless. Same as hitting someone's cows that's on their range.
