Stop complaining about the reduction of international study permits. It is time for the post secondary institutions to focus on financial stable formal education programs for our Canadian youth to succeed. Eliminate the useless degree programs, reduce the unproductive research programs and provide students with relatable job skills to succeed.
Wokism is destroying our Canada’s universities, so start reversing the woke takeover in the higher education system and develop strategies to dismantle the viral campus DEI mentality.
DEI efforts infuse virtually every aspect of campus life and create powerful incentives for people who comply and career-threatening penalties for those who do not.

Typical reading comprehension. Ontario is run by CONservatives. You can thank Doug Ford for this as well you know. While BC had its fair share of international students (202,000 in 2023), Ontario’s Conservative government had more than double. (525,000 in 2023). There’s way more of this mess on conservatives plates than the NDP so maybe check your facts. Xo
Face it - school is about to get a lot more expensive for Canadian kids, unless there’s a fire sale on education.

Maybe the federal government or educational institutions should have kept track of the 50,000 foreign students (Global News) that were accepted and came into Canada, but never showed up for a single class. Where are these people? Does this statistic have anything to do with the housing, food or doctor shortage in Canada?

The universities were part of the new world order revolution undertaken by the lpc/Trudeau.
Instead of educating and teaching critical thinking, universities became, what happened in the 1930's in Germany and the Jugend movement, an institution of fear, propaganda & brainwashing, to fit that ideology.
Trudeau's legacy will be a $1 Trillion liability for Canadians, trying to change Canada into a totalitarian
"new world order regime" where you own nothing including your freedom.
A failed costly revolution = treason.
Those benefitting from Trudeau's, lpc/ndp, singh's free cash, must now pay the price.

Typical lack of facts. Ontario may be run by conservatives but that's irrelevant. Universities are hot bed of radical minded left wing instructors.eldonte wrote: ↑Jan 18th, 2025, 8:13 am

It's a proven fact that a higher proportion of faculty in academia do identify as liberal or left-wing. This is the case in universities most western countries.
