I thought that what nurses were already trained to do -if not - Great idea.

This sounds like a time consuming program with minor gains?
I would think that with the program you have being four years required for a BSN in BC that it would already include this.
If it doesn't I would be considering going for a NP Degree post a BSN and opening many different avenues to practice in rather than very few.
The number of instruction, management positions, seniors facilities or medical clinics requiring this course are almost non existing.
