Two thirds of our trade is with US. In 2023 Canada's GDP = $2.89 trillion and U.S. GDP = $27.72 trillion.

Sadly we have depended on US trade too long and ignored Europe, South America and Asia to name a few. This economic war will only end in a Recession (daresay Depression) in Canada. We've waited to late to bolster trade with other countries to prevent an immediate impact.

Exactly. Government wonders why our youth are running to Alberta. My Nephew sold a house in Chilliwack for 1.4, bought 10 acres / Shop / House for $600K. Gas is $1.36.
