this is not how people learn about career prospects. this is how people have their personal data farmed, their attention spans cooked, their wallets drained, their motivation killed, and actual life skills atrophied.

If socmed can be exploited to the benefit of the consumer, why not? They're already doing it to us, might as well get what we can out of it.
