I hope your good example rubs off on the CMHA. Emerald House continues to be the single greatest reason to oppose any social agency efforts. They're absolutely horrible neighbors!

If you are truly trying to be "good" neighbours you'll have to increase your patrols to a minimum of 6 times per day, at random intervals. Ideally you'd be out 12 times per day. Especially early mornings and at night, unless your "guests" are locked in after dark
